Chris Bampton, FCCA Chief Financial Officer | Strategic Business Partner With over 30 years of experience in the outsourced facilities management sector and nearly 20 years post-qualification as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), I bring deep financial, commercial, and operational expertise to every aspect of business leadership. I’ve spent the last 22+ years with Macro, where I played a key role in the management buyout from Mace in November 2023. Since then, I’ve seen the business grow to over £140 million by 2025, supporting strategic development and driving performance across all levels of the organisation. In my role as CFO, I work closely across all functions, our client base to deliver value and insight, and with our supply chain to ensure alignment and efficiency. Governance is central to what I do, but I believe in remaining flexible, adaptable, and approachable, responding to challenges with deliberate intent. My team and I pride ourselves on helping clients understand their cost structures and drivers, benchmarking performance, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies that ultimately save money and improve outcomes.
