About Chris Barbeau

Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in corporate operations management as a troubleshooter and re-organizer. This allowed me to move around the country several times from California to Tennessee to Colorado assisting my company with becoming more efficient and profitable. It also allowed me to hone my skills as a problem solver, project manager and customer liaison. This experience was a good fit as I transitioned into real estate and one of the most challenging real estate markets the industry has ever faced. Four years after jumping into the real estate industry, I built my own brokerage with a team of 20 agents. A few years later, I was recruited to help manage the second largest brokerage in Tulare County. While there, I made numerous operational improvements to the organization that are still in place today in addition to assisting in the acquisition of 2 competing firms.
