About Chris Barefoot

Greetings! I am your dedicated Walmart leader, recognized as a world-class facilitator deeply committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning, inclusivity, and growth. As a seasoned facilitator, I've honed my skills to create engaging and inclusive learning environments. Currently working towards my BA in Cybersecurity, my aspirations extend into the dynamic realm of supply chain leadership with Walmart. Eager to leverage my evolving skills in cybersecurity, particularly in digital forensics and fraud prevention, I aim to contribute to a safer digital landscape and protect organizations from emerging threats. I also take pride in championing a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion (CDEI) at Walmart, fostering an inclusive leadership culture and actively seeking diverse perspectives. Beyond the training room, my impact resonates throughout the organizational culture. Associates under my guidance feel empowered, inspired, and equipped to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the retail industry.
