I believe passionately about the ethical provision of advice to customers particularly in a world where intermediaries can hide fees in amongst suppliers costs. Transparency should be a fundamental element to build trust between a client and their intermediary yet so often customers are not aware of the costs of using their intermediary. Though I have a depth of experience in the energy sector I am also able to help clients through the the broader Auditel network across a wide range of cost areas.
