Responsible for setting up JIB decks, LDO decks and estimated LDO Entitlement decks for all non-operated wells based in the DJ Basin provided by Land from AFE reports or partner memos within the Oracle database system. • Responsible for logging all new wells that come into the Division Order Department along with monitoring and tracking new wells through the LDR database. • Responsible for verifying interest on all non-operated division orders for execution by the legal department and mailing them to appropriate operators. • Execute all purchaser reports and ensuring decks are set up in the database accurately before mailing division orders to operators. • Responsible for researching non-operated well title issues and interest discrepancies. • Responsible for distributing operated well files to designated teams as well as any pay code changes or transfers that need to be completed. • Work closely with land assistants and land negotiators, revenue accountants, jib accountants in the set up of non-operated wells.
