As a Corporate Chef and Operations Director, I take pride in putting whatever is needed into my job to make sure that my team is happy, our guests experience level is high (and always improving), our product, service, and hospitality are held and executed to the highest standard, and last but not least, that the business is profitable and our shareholders are happy. Since being in this business, I have gotten up every morning and looked forward to going to work every day which is why I am able to put in 150% day in and day out, and it is my goal, as a Corporate Chef and Operating Director to constantly find ways to get better as a company and individual while increasing our guests experience, and providing a great place for great people to do great work.
