A successful restaurant and hospitality professional, chef, and multi-unit operator with a consistent track record of exceeding expectations, achieving exceptional results, and constantly works toward improvement on both an organizational level, as well as individually. Company: Regardless of what it is, we set out to challenge what was once the acceptable standard. We do this through our use of fresh and responsibly sourced ingredients, execution, and hiring the best people to provide true and genuine hospitality. We consider our guest's experience in everything we do. We want to raise the bar for the typical restaurant and hospitality group, support our team, and the community that supports us. Personally: As a restaurant and hospitality veteran of over 14 years, I have gained experience in menu development, product costing, people management, leadership, training and team development, and then on to multi-unit management, vertical integration, the importance of company culture, new unit openings, the implementation of repeatable and scalable procedures along with a variety of other related skills, experiences, and achievements. As a Corporate Chef and Operations Director, I take pride in putting whatever is needed into my job to make sure that my team is happy, our guests experience level is high (and always improving), our product, service, and hospitality are held and executed to the highest standard, and last but not least, that the business is profitable and our shareholders are happy. Since being in this business, I have gotten up every morning and looked forward to going to work every day which is why I am able to put in 150% day in and day out, and it is my goal, as a Corporate Chef and Operating Director to constantly find ways to get better as a company and individual while increasing our guests experience, and providing a great place for great people to do great work.
