About Chris Becker

I have worked in a leadership position for the last 15+ years. I have mentored, lead, and inspired hundreds of team members to become productive, enthusiastic, confident team members and leaders within the Target organization. MY BELIEF - It is my belief that everyone deserves the best that you have every day, and that if you give out good things, good things will come back to you. MY WHAT - I coach, mentor, manage, inspire and train 80-100 employees within the day-to-day operations of an 80 million dollar per year retail facility while delivering a high energy, fun, personal touch to customer service for all of our guests. MY PURPOSE - My purpose is to reach my customers and employees on a personal level and make sure their experience with us is one that they come to love and know they can count on time and time again. MY AMAZING LIFE - I live a life of energy and abundant happiness as the face of Target to my many regular guests (whom I adore!), and a coach and mentor to the many employees that I have fostered through their careers at Target. I am also a lover of animals, an actor, director, author and a comic book aficionado.
