Responsible for new lead management, sales, customer care and portfolio management working alongside operations and admin. Operations: I managed and lead a team of 25+ Landscaping professionals on the Grounds Maintenance Management and Property Enhancement division at a mid sized company working in the in the GTHA and K/W areas. 63+ properties. In the winter, I manage winter operations (Snow and Ice management) alongside a team that manages 60 to 80 people in our various regions and white season properties. I work very closely with Client Care and Upper Management on all day to day operations and team and job deployment, team deployment and management, all scheduling and fleet/equipment management. Prior to this industry, I had a background in Advertising, Marketing and Communications with 15+ years experience on the Ad Agency side.
