I’m an entrepreneur with over 19 years of experience co-founding and growing technology companies. My journey has been all about driving innovation, building strong teams, and delivering meaningful results. What I’ve Done: Core 3 Technologies (2009-Present): I co-founded Core 3 Technologies, an OEM System Builder and Solution Provider in North America. Over the years, we’ve evolved into a leader in AI solutions, empowering businesses across industries and building lasting partnerships. Equal Optics (2012-Present): In 2012, I co-founded Equal Optics, where we focus on delivering tier-one optics, memory, cables, and server solutions. We’ve built a reputation for excellence, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to be a part of this growth. I graduated from Morris Knolls High School in Denville, NJ, in 2002 with perfect attendance for all four years. 2006 I graduated the University of Arizona, Bear Down! From 2013-2023, I served as Chairman of the Counterfeit Committee for UNEDA, working to protect our industry and ensure product integrity. I was proud to be named to OC Metro’s “40 Under 40” in 2013 In 2016, I married my life partner—an incredible woman who makes every day better In 2018, I was inducted into the Gamma-Rho Chapter of the Kappa Sigma Hall of Fame. In 2020, I became a dad—the most important and life-changing event of my life! What Matters Most: I’m passionate about creating a culture where people can succeed and feel valued—whether that’s my team, partners, or clients. The happiness and success of those I work with are just as important to me as the results we achieve. Family is everything to me. My wife and our 4-year-old son are my daily motivation.
