Connect in a proactive, honest way. To ensure personal service. Under-promise and Over-deliver everyday in every way. Always listen to Clients first and foremost. Let them vent and explain their issue(s) first. Then analyze the issue in the best proactive, honest, transparent way possible. To give options always. And overcome all objections or issues. Always, a great leader is one who leads by example. Be that team player who knows their role not only for the company but more importantly for the customers and clients that we serve. Look at your role from the customer/clients view always.
