As an OP Manager at The Baker's Bay Golf and Ocean Club, I oversee the daily operations of the water sports department, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and quality for our guests and members. I have more than 10 years of experience in the outdoor pursuits industry, managing and delivering various activities such as sailing, kitesurfing, powerboat and jet-ski training, diving, kayaking, and windsurfing. My passion for sailing and teaching drives me to share my skills and knowledge with others, especially young people who want to learn and enjoy the sport. I hold multiple RYA certifications as a senior, racing, and advanced instructor for sailing dinghies, and I have trained and mentored hundreds of students and staff across different countries and cultures. My mission is to promote the lifestyle of exciting sports, youth development, and environmental awareness.
