I blend 20+ years experience of leadership, teamwork and problem solving in diverse, extreme situations, with a passion for helping teams design and implement solutions to business challenges. As a member of our transformation team I partner clients in developing holistic transformation solutions to challenges including strategy and operating model design and implementation, inter & intra organisational integration, structure and process improvement, and systems selection. I have sector experience in defence, life sciences, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, mining, and food wholesale; with integrated planning, capability building, programme and change management, crisis response planning, and team development as core skills.As an ex-army officer and now a strategy and transformation professional I am skilled and experienced in leading the integration of cross-functional planning, design and implementation of operational outputs across varied environments. Career themes include growth through challenge and progression, delivering outcomes to deadlines, decision-making amidst ambiguity, senior-stakeholder management, risk management, and multi-cultural teamwork.
