With over 20 years in the dental and orthopedic medical device industry, I’m a passionate sales leader dedicated to driving team success and exceeding goals while fostering strong client relationships. As VP of Sales at Neoss, I spearheaded the US sales strategy, partnering with marketing, finance, and customer support to fuel growth in dental implants, regenerative products, capital equipment, and software solutions. I focused on achieving revenue targets, inspiring accountability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while mentoring zone and district managers. My experience spans scaling established firms and launching startups with equal success. Key accomplishments include earning the 2019 Director Founders Cup for record-breaking growth over two years, surpassing sales targets, winning North American Director of the Year awards in 2014 & 2018 and being selected to lead various company initiatives and product launches. I have a proven ability to identify opportunities, nurture key opinion leader relationships, and craft innovative branding strategies to boost sales performance.
