In my career I utilize my leadership background, management skills and positive character to add value, build strong teams and execute on objectives. I am a reliable solution finder with a passion for teamwork and results. The opportunity to positively impact people and community is my motivation. My experience includes in-depth involvement in business operations including planning, forecasting, team development, client engagement and finance reporting. Over the last 10 years I worked with peers and executives completing strategy sessions and reporting on initiatives. In that time I led team members across five locations and I fully believe engaged, organized and motivated staff along with strong business relationships are key to an organizations success. When planning operations and executing on objectives I use core project management tools and techniques to schedule and drive outcomes. I am comfortable in leadership and operational roles and have a number of years experience in project development.
