With over seven years of experience in IT and facilities management, I am a versatile and adaptable leader who can handle diverse and complex challenges. As the Lead IT Specialist/Facilities Supervisor at GlockStore, I oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT systems and equipment, as well as the security, safety, and efficiency of the physical facilities. I work with a team of technicians and contractors to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations, and provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders. Previously, I was a Lead Technician at Thrust Communications, Inc, where I managed and executed cable installation projects for residential and commercial clients, and trained and supervised new technicians. I have strong skills in support services, cable installation, and help desk support, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices.
