About Chris Brindley

I have 15 years of experience across all levels of IT support, including cloud infrastructure engineering (DevOps), service desk management, web development, and 1st–3rd line support. I’ve delivered IT services and technical support for both small businesses and large national organisations. Starting my career as an IT Apprentice, I progressed through support roles into management and now specialise in DevOps and cloud engineering. I’ve supported on-premises infrastructure, Azure cloud services, and business-critical applications such as pharmacy dispensary systems, EPOS platforms, financial systems, B2B websites, and transportation management solutions. My skill set combines leadership and coaching with advanced troubleshooting, cloud automation, scripting and IaC, stakeholder management, and creative problem solving. This blend of people-focused leadership and deep technical expertise enables me to modernise operations, deliver scalable solutions, and help teams and systems perform at their best.
