As a Senior Consultant with international experience across Australia, North America and Europe, I partner with and advise Boards and Executive teams on complex challenges at the intersection of business strategy and human capital. I specialise in workforce and organisation transformation - helping organisations to reshape how they are structured and how they engage their people to help them navigate change and align their people strategies to enable the achievement of their long-term strategic objectives. My work spans the full People & Culture agenda from operating model re-design to adapting to new ways of working to developing remuneration and incentive structures.
