My professional foundation was built over 16+ years in the manufacturing and foundry industry, where I developed a strong, systems-driven skill set across Internal Audit, Operations Management, ISO 9001, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management. That experience shaped how I work: disciplined execution, measurable improvement, and process ownership—paired with a focus on developing people and raising standards over time.Today, my primary focus is as Owner of Queen City Ventures LLC, where I build and operate a portfolio of small businesses across e-commerce, wellness services, and digital media. I apply the same operational rigor I learned in manufacturing—SOPs, quality control, workflow design, and continuous improvement—to businesses that require fast iteration, customer-first thinking, and repeatable systems.Under Queen City Ventures, my work includes:Building and optimizing end-to-end operating systems for inventory-based e-commerce, including intake, product photography, listing standards, SKU/location organization, storage, fulfillment, and customer experience.Leading merchandising and operational execution with an emphasis on quality control, consistency, and scalable processes.Managing core small-business functions including planning, budgeting, vendor selection, policy development, and day-to-day execution across multiple small business units.Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, templates, and simple automation to improve consistency, reduce errors, and increase throughput.Supporting service-based operations and customer communications through clear workflows, scripts, and process improvements.Developing a digital media initiative and implementing content/monetization frameworks aligned with SEO, publishing workflows, and compliant ad/affiliate integration.I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from Elmira College and remain committed to personal development—of myself and the teams and partners I work with.
