In today’s ever-changing health technology landscape, bridging the gap between new medical technologies and practitioners who can benefit from using them is an important step to ultimately delivering exceptional patient care. As a seasoned executive with diagnostics, life sciences, genomics, and biopharma expertise, I lead the sales strategy development for market growth and expansion, domestically and internationally, while merging global strategic sales, national marketing, and product leadership to drive revenue growth. I strategically apply my knowledge of women’s health, infectious and rare diseases, diagnostics, and life sciences to help bring new, instruments, assays, research tools, devices and software into the medical technologies field. I am skilled at leading leaders, navigating organizational change, and promoting people-focused cultures. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career: Strategically building a high-functioning commercial team for Oxford Nanopore Technologies as the most senior leader in The Americas, effectively tripling the sales organization from 18 to over 60 members in under 24 months, collaborating with a consulting firm to optimize headcount and onboard Directors for Sales Training and Latin American Distribution, enhancing regional capabilities. Driving Oxford’s revenue growth, achieving a 33% increase in 2022 and a 41% increase in H1 2023, leading the organization in revenue and customer growth across all regions. Achieving 7% YoY growth and 10% bottom-line growth for the overall portfolio to exceed plan by $3.4M, leading BD Integrated Diagnostic Solutions’ business turnaround by partnering with a sales organization to align our approach and drive the tactical execution of our portfolio strategy.
