BUT, more importantly (for me) is the impact communication and engagement has on employee Wellbeing and Mental Health…. After 6 years as MD of Bunch Group (Strategic Communication Agency), I stepped down to create Intelligent Communications Experiences. We help Leaders in Australia, New Zealand and the UK to navigate the market and find the best Employee Communication Platform to meaningfully engage their employees, wherever they are located! Employee Communication Platforms are becoming more integral to the overall Tech ecosystem because successful leaders realize the extent to which the employee experience defines the customer experience and business growth – and that communication is key to both! Previous to Bunch, I have been fortunate to work for a number of outstanding organisations in the UK, Europe and Australia. I have experience in a range of business disciplines leading teams in whole of business transformation, strategy development, employee engagement, retail sales, customer and shopper marketing, procurement, warehousing and distribution, systemic thinking and adaptive change.
