In each of the positions I have been employed, I have joined at a time of immense change, both organisational and technological, providing me with broad business understanding and accelerated personal growth. Internal or external, the customer has always been the centre of my focus. Understanding their business, requirements and unique pains to better support them has been both a great challenge and highly motivating. I have adopted a controlled approach to working, whilst remaining alert and flexible to ever-changing customer, statutory, technical, industry specific and organisational needs. I enjoy problem solving and analytical work and have a broad appreciation and understanding of Finance, Information Technology and other key front office business processes, such as the full Project Lifecycle, CRM, HRCM, RM, BI etc. My key skill is my ability to communicate, and the relationships, trust and good will I am able to pull from this. I have been able to bridge the gap that exists between specialists and general professionals to better serve the needs of both. I take pleasure in working with other teams and individuals in all capacities, appreciating the benefits of learning from other people, and contributing personally to a group environment. I also enjoy working on individual tasks and pushing my own efforts and levels of achievement to take advantage of any opportunities that arise. I am part way through studying an MBA in my spare time, and this has provided me with some great insight into marketing relations and dealing with people. This has also equipped me with a firm understanding of control principles which have been paramount to my success both academically and in the workplace. I hope to complete my studies to further enhance my professional profile and strategic strengths, and would also like to pursue other formal qualifications in the future.
