Technology strategist, experienced consultant and senior leader with extensive knowledge of healthcare, stadiums and construction. With both exceptional technology and client-facing communication skills, I bring a unique and highly valuable skill set to any role requiring an in-depth understanding of technologies, systems, and people. As an accomplished project director I have the capability to deliver projects in either vision/concept phase through to implementation. I provide the development of vision needed for the implementation and management of large, complex infrastructure projects, providing key leadership to multi-disciplinary teams and external clients to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to budget. The combination of my knowledge of the global and Australian ICT sector with my ability to mobilise complex teams enables me to quickly diagnose potential problems and find cost-effective and outcomes-driven solutions. I am adept at arbitrating issues, creative and technical problem solving, and I communicate across all levels and sectors with ease. My passion is researching, developing and implementing technology solutions for complex environments, such as healthcare, stadiums, education or data centres.
