Dedicated Continuous Improvement Coordinator, providing coaching and improvement to all areas of Bitumen Production. I provide 1 on 1 coaching for employees pursuing their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Program, which includes classroom teaching of Facts and Data and Yellow Belt Workshop. Facilitating and reviewing the use of 4DX to our leadership team for all Horizon BP Personnel, I am known for my professionalism, understanding and motivating attitude. I have a Twelve-year Heavy-Duty Mechanic background, along with a Business Management Diploma from NAIT, Project Management Certificate and Blue Seal. Experience and proficient in all Microsoft Office products and CMMS including Maximo.I hold a Project Management Professional Certification through the Project Management Institute. By implementing Lean Six Sigma projects, employing strong leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate with teams, resulting in over 3 million dollar reduced costs per year in personal projects, as well as countless more in projects I have coached. These projects include Core efficiency and tracking project, carbide edge projects extending the life of our Grader and Dozer edges by 300%, as well as Dozer Engine conversion project to extend the life of our Dozer engines by over a Race Director, I manage and lead five board members, minimum of twenty volunteers, 100-200 racers and 100-200 spectators at each of our dirt bike races with Second Gear Club. Safety is my main objective, and we are extremely strict with aggressive penalties if these safety protocols are not followed. I am Master of Ceremonies for all riders’ meetings, awards, and ceremonies.
