Hospitality is in my blood—personally and professionally. Whether I’m planning a conference, opening a hotel, leading a team, or hosting a dinner party at home, I genuinely love creating great experiences for others. It’s not just what I do—it’s who I am. With over 20 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, I’ve led property-level and multi-property teams, launched new hotels, driven revenue through smart prospecting, and helped shape a company culture that values people first. I’m proud to lead a team of sales and marketing professionals for a portfolio of 40+ hotels—and even prouder of our incredibly low turnover, because I believe in treating my team members like we treat our guests: with care, respect, and attention to the little things that make a big difference. I don’t believe in sitting back and waiting for business. I believe in playing offense, building strong relationships, coaching sales talent, and making the work fun. I’ve created training programs, launched national sales challenges, and hosted conferences to help our teams think bigger, dig deeper, and win smarter. Outside of work, I’m President of the Maine Chapter of The Dream Factory, where we’ve granted more than 300 dreams to critically and chronically ill children over the past 40 years. Giving back is core to who I am. I’m also deeply proud to have raised two successful, independent children who are now living happy, beautiful lives of their own. Family, service, and hospitality are at the heart of everything I do.
