The constant growth and pursuit of knowledge has led me down many pathways of adventure, earning valuable experience and job-related abilities, as well as the social etiquette and capacity, to lead others and serve as a sounding board for problem-solving activities.My primary work is Speed and Football Coaching where I have held several roles including intern, head, and consultancy. This has given me a valued and excellent ability to apply scientific principles in developing optimal movement strategies for athletes to excel. This path led me into the MSc in Strength and Conditioning, which has been a fantastic and challenging experience.Following my strength and conditioning work, it felt natural to enter the teaching field and apply the abundance of knowledge I'd obtained via competitive athletics, coaching expertise, and the life skills I’ve learned as a firefighter for 5 years. This has led me to the job of coach and educator, which I enjoy since it allows me to continue to offer ideas and assist coaches in finding effective solutions to their limits.The continual growth and evolution is a beautiful trip, and the capacity to spin plates is what life is all about; I have a fantastic support network that is always behind me in any enterprise or road I wish to explore; in return for the support, I aim to provide for my family.I'm on LinkedIn to help others, but I'm also trying to establish an effective network that will allow me to expand not only my skills and knowledge but also to provide more for others.My area of expertise is speed training for football players and teams — the benefits of small-sided games and how to incorporate them into coaching sessions.
