I have considerable experience within the talent and performance sport environment as a coach, programme manager, pathway lead and player development specialist. An accomplished coach having coached England Women’s Rugby League to two World Cups, a decade with National Age Group teams and more recently supporting coaches across sports a range of sports within the performance domain as a coach developer. With twelve years’ experience in the education sector as a Physical Education teacher, Head of Year and senior leader he has a passion and proven record of supporting, coaching and developing people to excel and achieve goals. An effective communicator with excellent project management and analytical skills, he communicates confidently and effectively across varied stakeholder groups and uses initiative to deliver to the highest standards.
