I am a full time, professional Realtor® with over 24 years of sales experience. My strongest skills are my in-depth knowledge of market conditions and available inventory, along with my listening and customer service skills. I have a BS Degree in Finance from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA which is close to where I grew up. After graduating from college I lived in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Pittsburgh where I worked in several sales positions. An opportunity selling software was offered and I relocated to Atlanta and was very successful selling MRP/ERP and e-Commerce software systems to large manufacturers and retailers. During the IPO frenzy I found myself looking for employment after two companies restructured instead of going public. My family had a house on the beach that I visited frequently. I decided I didn't want to go back to Atlanta so I weighed my options carefully and decided to do something that I really loved, real estate. Because of my skill set, I will guarantee that I can help my clients find the very best value for a property that totally fits their wish list. My market knowledge and experience also means that I can answer any questions that you may have or quickly get the answers for you. My biggest satisfaction is a happy customer. The majority of my clients come to me as referrals from other happy clients and repeat business. My focus is working with Sellers, but I also work with buyers as my schedule permits. I have clients that have told me that I drastically changed their lives for the better because of the real estate transactions I recommended to them. I am very happy to explain the sales process as many times as is needed so my clients are informed and comfortable with buying or selling real estate. I am detail oriented and thorough and have some of the best and most innovative marketing plans in the area, including a weekly web show and our very own real estate magazine.
