A seasoned professional with 22 years management consulting experience, focused in the financial services sector, specializing in program/project design and management, business model transformation, business process optimisation, constrained resource planning, and change management For those who insist on dwelling in the past I was a Vice President in Aon’s Human Capital Strategies & Analytics (HCSA) team, a group that provides clients with strategic consulting and data-intensive analytics in the areas of human capital planning and optimization, labour/workforce forecasting, modeling employee behaviour, workforce effectiveness, and benchmarking. I joined Aon Consulting Inc. in 2006 with Aon's acquisition of Carreg Solutions Inc, a firm I co-founded with 2 other partners (Robert Carlyle and Mark Fell) way back in Specialties: My expertise is in the application of quantitative methods for the analysis and optimization of constrained resources. This includes project portfolio management, workforce analytics, strategies and planning, complex system modeling and scenario testing, project/programme design, and survey/benchmarking techniques for quantitative and qualitative analysis of workforce behaviour and business performance measurement.
