I am an accomplished and versatile Business Leader with 30 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Sales leadership and People development. Over the years I managed to win many awards, such as TD Canada Trust Champions Club winner for four years, and the TD Wealth Management – STAR Award. I am passionate about managing and developing people, developing sales initiatives, strategic thinking and delivering results. I love working in the Retail Banking and Wealth Management and have used my skills successfully in developing strong client relationships. I also have a successful track record in achieving challenging targets and objectives utilizing my industry expertise and strong leadership skills. In my former roles, I was in charge with different levels of management with minimal direction from superiors, and I was supervising personnel, providing team leadership, motivation and development. I am currently in the process of starting a new company with three other business partners. As Managing Partner my objective is to make sure this company is profitable and able to exceed our business goals in the next 5 years. I truly enjoy what I do and want to further my knowledge and responsibilities in this industry.
