As a capital markets analyst at Lument, I will apply my analytical skills, communication skills, and teamwork skills to support the origination, execution, and closing of debt and equity transactions for commercial real estate clients. Lument is a leading provider of investment banking and advisory services, and a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation USA, a diversified financial services company with over $100 billion in assets. I graduated from New York University with a bachelor of science degree in finance. I completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification and the REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate, with distinction. I am passionate about the real estate industry and its impact on the economy, society, and environment. My goal is to leverage my education, skills, and certifications to deliver value-added solutions to Lument and its clients, and to learn from the best in the field.
