Background
About Chris Cholette
AI-first platform exec running Infra, Architecture, Data & DevProd at Navan. I turn LLMs + automation into operating leverage: 4× AI adoption,~40% faster devs,~50% cloud cost reduction while traffic 4×, 99.99% uptime with hundreds of safe deploys/day (DORA elite). Built a sticky AI toolchain (MCP-based, paved paths, Claude Code/CLI) and drove training that actually changed behavior to AI first. I scale teams and standardize guardrails so velocity stays high when headcount doesn’t.
