I serve as the primary liaison for both clients and internal Krames personnel throughout the Krames On FHIR implementation and am accountable for: • Steering implementation towards completion • Scheduling and facilitating calls and meetings • Developing workflows, processes and documentation for Krames On FHIR • Conducting training sessions and helping with training materials • Assisting clients with go-live strategies Professional experience: • 30+ years of internal and external relationship building • 15+ years in the healthcare industry • 8+ years tenure with StayWell • A diverse background that includes project management, client relations, customer service, sales, operations, training and finance.
