I have recently been promoted to Assistant Service Manager at Lexus in July. I have learned so much in the past few months. I've always enjoyed customer service. My only setback in this position is that I'm the type of person that wants to know yesterday how to do my job. Constantly trying to improve my skills, and ablilities. I'm my own worst critic, or enemy. I enjoy helping customers with problems, or fixing their vehicles. Keeping up maintenance on customers vehicles is one of the most important things they can do to prolong the extent of their investment. I absolutlely enjoy "working for the customer!" I've been detailing vehicles for five years now. From simple wash and vacuum - To wet sanding, buffing, polishing scratches out, and waxing/paint sealant. My wife and I started a Video and Photography business a year ago called "Bark City Productions LLC." We specialize in still photography and or video for weddings, Family Portraits, Photo Restoration, Analog to Digital Transfer.
