About Chris Connell

Mr. Connell is currently Senior Vice President with Colliers International-Las Vegas and a current member of the Southern Nevada SIOR Chapter. His specific area of expertise is in the sale and leasing of both retail and office product types, with specific attention on landlord/seller representation. Since joining Colliers International in 2011, he has been responsible for relocating more than 200 firms and has successfully closed over 450 transactions, totaling roughly 2 million square feet of space and $150 million in gross sales volume. Previous to his time with Colliers International, Christopher spent 5 yrs. at the Sperry Van Ness-Las Vegas commercial real estate offices where he served as Director of Leasing Services. His methods in real estate and leadership brought success to the office and himself, where he was consistently ranked among the top three performing brokers from 2009 to 2011. With more than 29 years in the Southern Nevada area, Connell has developed an impressive list of clients and forged many strong relationships, which he is now able to leverage in his real estate endeavors. Networking is vital for success in the real estate industry and is an area of expertise for Connell. He utilizes his skills every day to ensure that client needs are met and that everyone involved in his transactions are satisfied with the end result. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Christopher’s professional background included six years with a prominent marketing and advertising firm, Hall Communications, as VP of Production Management and fifteen years of experience in the hospitality field as the principal & owner of a successful destination management services agency. Christopher arrived in Las Vegas in the fall of 1990 after earning his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College.
