About Chris Corbett
Co-founded Belén Vegan Bakery in 2022 with my lovely wife Mica. We both work on this full-time and have heaps of fun with our awesome team creating a new future of food. Previously a developer in the Open Banking team at ANZ, I have a double major in Computer Science and Informatics from Victoria University of Wellington, complemented by an amazing one year exchange at the University of California Irvine. Prior to this, I achieved a Superior Diploma of Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu culinary school, before a Diploma of Sport Management and Exercise Prescription at the New Zealand Institute of Sport.
