I am passionate about helping customers solve complex issues by applying my knowledge, experience, and modern technology technics. I never thought that spending my youth in the diesel fuel injection trade, where I completed a trade certificate which gave me an edge and respect from peers and all the customers I serve. Being customer-centric and learning new things enables me to be the best I can be. I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career: Outside Sales Representative, Technical Support Specialist, Regional Service Manager, Bosch Diesel Trainer, Diagnostic Test Equipment Key Account Manager, and Enterprise Key Account Management. These roles were all cross-functional in supporting product marketing, consensus forecasting, supply chain, workshop development, and training. Other highlights of my experience include high-level engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that complex products achieve profitability and growth for the business.
