About Chris Corwin

As a Principal Change Advisor at Prosci, I guide organizations and change practitioners on how to get people to adopt necessary changes in order to make a project and/or initiative successful. I have over 25 years of experience in change management and I am certified as an Advanced Change Management Practitioner and a Master Facilitator by Prosci, a global leader in change management solutions and research. In addition to my role at Prosci, I run my own consulting firm, MasterClass Consulting, LLC, where I offer customized organizational effectiveness, change management, and training services. I leverage my expertise in change management, instructional design, leadership and professional development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent and leadership assessments to help individuals and organizations achieve their desired and measurable outcomes through evidence-based and innovative practices.
