In May of 2023, I joined the firm of Sica-Fletcher. Founded by Al Sica & Mike Fletcher, they are one of the premier M&A firms operating in the insurance industry. We engaged with Al & Mike early in 2018 to help us understand CBG Benefit's full value while gaining an intimate knowledge of the M&A space. Engaging with Al, Mike and their team proved to be one of the best decisions we ever made. We were acquired by Risk Strategies in May 2018. The opportunity to join the Risk team and integrate into their organization was tremendous. Risk Strategies was the right fit for us. We would not have found Risk Strategies if it were not for Sica-Fletcher. Whether you are looking to sell your business or grow your business by acquisition, the process can be daunting. Earlier in my career, I spent 10 years as an Account Executive with UNUM Corporation in the Detroit and Boston offices. In I started CBG Benefits with my brother Steven.
