About Chris Crow

I am passionate about preserving, protecting and enhancing the world in which we live, not just in the present but also for future generations. I like to be able to provide a voice for nature no matter how big or small while also respecting our needs to develop and expand. We specialise in protected species surveys, most notably Bats, Great Crested Newts (GCN), Barn owls and Habitat surveys but can lead or assist on other protected species to meet your project’s needs. Our aim, like yours is to gain successful planning permission. I have been involved in the conservation sector for 15 years now. I have been a free-lance surveyor since 2011 working for other companies on many different projects such as; Barns, Grade II Listed, Churches, Commercial land/buildings, Development/Waste land, Farm land, Fire Stations, Houses (urban, rural, council and listed), Hospital, Out buildings, RAF Base and Schools. I hold licenses for: Bats, GCN and Barn Owl surveys. In 2016 I set up my own business and have continued to work on project sites as listed above. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) and I hold a CITB card to allow me to work on building sites as and when required. We are a friendly service and we will always try to work closely together with you to aide a smooth successful planning application.
