About Chris Curtin

Technology plays an essential part in all of our lives, and my goal is to ensure that users are comfortable enough to integrate it into theirs as needed. Whether it be used for educational or entertainment purposes, I strive to create an environment that allows colleagues to seamlessly incorporate technology in their professional roles. Providing top notch customer service is a skill I pride myself in having, and I want the individuals I assist to come away with a sense that I'm just as invested in their class, meeting or event as they are. With over 25 years in the audiovisual field, I have been exposed to a wide variety of equipment and technology. I find myself frequently adapting to changes, and must constantly learn new concepts and take on new responsibilities in order to meet the demands of a world reliant on Information Technology. Nowhere had this been more apparent than during the recent pandemic. As many of us shifted to an entirely remote world, my employer was no different. A sudden need emerged to provide new services and support to the campus community in order to give folks the ability to continue educating and working. With a strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide analytical problem-solving skills, I feel I am well-suited to continue to meet the challenges inherent in the technological atmosphere of today.
