About Chris Daly

Chris Daly joined BMO Harris Bank in early 2007. He quickly focused his attention on the public sector and is now a member of the BMO Harris Bank - Government Banking Team. Chris is responsible for managing and developing the bank's public sector relationships within the State of Arizona. He also supports the bank’s additional expansion markets across the country while maintaining his focus on the public sector. He is active in both local and national chapters of the Government Finance Officers Association, and the International Association of School Business Officials. Most recently he served as part of the Executive Board for the Illinois Government Finance Officers Association. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for managing and reviewing a securities portfolio which is pledged as collateral to local governments; approximate value of more than $3 Billion (USD). He worked closely with local governments and public school districts to provide unique, secure investment options that align with the long and short term goals of his clients.
