Chris resides in the greater Washington, DC area and specializes in complex tax services for large and small businesses and their owners. His services include strategic tax planning to minimize overall tax liabilities, adoption and changes in tax accounting methods, and the mergers, acquisitions, and sales of business entities. In addition to his client responsibilities, he performs final reviews for managers and partners on difficult tax positions and substantiates the conclusions with research and memorandums supporting those positions. Chris serves as subject matter expert to both external clients and internal firm members.
