My passion for providing a safe, secure and resilient workplace for our employees drives me every day. I strive to cultivate a space that protects employees, allows them to focus on the work rather than security concerns, and ensures each one will return home to their families every day. I develop security mindsets, invest in security technology and develop exceptional operations that protect, educate, and deliver resilient employees who drive our company towards ongoing professional success. I am an analytical person. I leverage my critical thinking skills to accomplish my goals. I embrace challenges and never shy away from solving big problems. I develop and leverage those on my team, and my enterprise partners, to deliver phenomenal results. I am a data and technology person - I love to create valuable data and utilize it to better understand my business. I look for ways to utilize technology to solve security or continuity challenges, optimize operations and enhance my teams ability to achieve our mission. I do this through research, innovative thinking, future planning and all with a focus on the needs of my customer. Through my passion for developing, I am leveraging my experience to develop the talent and minds of our future security leaders: my team.When I am not managing security incidents or guiding security planning, I am talking with people about developing their leadership skills, leveraging their strengths to achieve success and the joys, as well as challenges, of raising a little boy and girl.
