About Chris Davies

With over thirteen years of experience in construction and project management, I am passionate about delivering high-quality and sustainable solutions for the hospitality and residential sectors. As a Senior Project Manager at Barney River, I oversee a portfolio of large and complex capital developments across Canada, managing the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion. I hold a LEED Green Associate credential and have a strong background in architectural technology, which enable me to apply best practices in design, construction, and environmental performance. I value collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and strive to create positive and lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. In my current role, I am responsible for planning, developing, and managing multiple concurrent projects, ranging from $1M -$70M. I retain and direct contract consultants and contractors, ensuring that the projects meet the scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements. I also provide client representation and communication, delivering weekly status updates, budget and schedule tracking, and ongoing value engineering. Some of the skills that I use daily include fit-out, leadership, and budgeting. I am proud to have successfully completed several complex projects and applied my knowledge of construction to find valuable project savings.
