About Chris Deering

I have been blessed to have served 22 years in the United States Air Force where I got to perform as a proven leader of multiple organizations with a focus on team dynamics, program management, a communications specialist, and staff management. My background is in Cyber Systems and network administration, but my most rewarding time in the military was when I was able to lead and mentor others. Getting the mission done will always come first. But also our people are the ones who get that mission done, so as a leader I view taking care of them as my first priority, and they’ll take care of the job. I’m happy to be a part of an organization where my presence makes a difference. I’m not another cog in the machine, but my being there makes a significate contribution to the team, and my inputs are valued.
