About Chris Deluca

As a First Line Risk Manager at Citizens, I work with a team of risk professionals to ensure the security and compliance of the bank's technology services asset management. I have years of experience in a variety of areas working in the information technology field to include; risk management, technical support, information security, data analyst, and systems administrator. In my current role, I collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and to implement best practices and policies. I also monitor and report on the performance and status of the risk management program, and provide guidance and training to staff and customers. Previously, I was a Risk Monitor at Citizens, where I supported the risk assessment and testing processes. During my time working information system security for the Rhode Island Army National Guard, I managed the network and security infrastructure to include policy development and network access. I am passionate about protecting Citizens' data and assets, and contributing to its mission of providing innovative and customer-centric banking solutions. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, and to bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
