Shifts in strategy come in all sizes from minor ones (adding a new capability or adjusting sales coverage/pricing) up to moving from a legacy market or product to exploring new markets. I’ve helped build strong integration, both vertically and horizontally, through new product line acquisition and organic investment in old product lines, resulting in highly profitable strategic growth. Being sensitive to shifts in market and competitive dynamic is crucial for a company to thrive. As a leadership team member, I’ve aggressively sought solutions for new, emerging challenges and played a role in selling those same assets for significant and accretive multiples and reinvested into the next phase of products to drive profitable growth. I build internal and external support for the strategy, execute it successfully and celebrate a shared success with my team. MY CAREER TARGET I am ready for the step up to Business Unit President in a larger organization or President/CEO of a small to mid-sized organization. Partnering with the C-Suite in several roles, interfacing with a Board of Directors and extensive experience in complex internal restructuring, complex transactions, and integrations have prepared me to take it to the next level.
