About Chris Dundon

Chris’ career has predominantly focused on senior executive management including viticultural roles in the wine industry. His passion for the Australian wine and agribusiness industry has ensured that his career has been predominantly in this area and is demonstrated by his involvement in many facets of the industry and the many papers and publications he has written and presented. Since 2008 Chris has expanded this viticultural role into horticulture through management of fresh fruit orchards in Tasmania and Queensland. Chris is an accomplished senior manager in the area of operations, administration, finance and marketing. Since 2004 Chris has been appointed as company secretary for FABAL and up to 27 of its subsidiaries, which he held until his employment at FABAL at the beginning of November 2023. This has provided a strong involvement in governance and corporate operations at the highest level. This experience has been complimented by acting as director for a number of public and proprietary companies and not-for profit organizations. Chris has strong governance skills that have developed over his employment at FABAL and he has the ability to extend those skills through new opportunities as he looks for the next phase of his career.
