As Enterprise Accounts Manager for Total Quality Logistics, I am focused on bringing industry-leading technology and unmatched customer service to Fortune 500 companies through relationship building, collaborative problem solving and supply chain expertise. I joined the company in 2006 and have a deep knowledge of TQL’s industry-leading operation and the broader domestic and foreign logistics landscape. I am passionate about advising our customers on how to create more efficiency and continuity in their supply chain. While at TQL, I have held several roles with progressive levels of oversight and responsibility, including implementing a new line of business and reversing the performance of a struggling satellite office by growing sales by 60% and profitability by 130%. In my current role I am responsible for account growth and strategy, P&L oversight, operational excellence and leading and developing a high-performing team of 15. Founded in 1997 in Cincinnati, Ohio, TQL is the second-largest freight brokerage firm in North America with employees in 56 offices across the United States.
