About Chris Dunsdon

With nearly 20 years of experience in education, I am passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable young people through innovative and nurturing approaches. As the Director of Parkwood Care, an independent children's home provider, I lead a team of dedicated and well-trained staff who create supportive and stable family environments for our residents.Previously, I was the Deputy Head Teacher and Head of Education at Bowden House, where I designed and implemented a unique 'Stage not Age' curriculum that fostered mastery, motivation, and bespoke targeting of student outcomes. I also developed and delivered 'VIEW', a live data tracker that simplified and enhanced the data process for teachers, parents, and students. I am always eager to share my insights and learn from others who are committed to making a positive difference in education and care.
